解决方案二:我们一半客户如果肯出快递费,样品费是免费的,因为老外也不会拿订单开玩笑。所以调查客户背景很重要。
解决方案三:如果要收取样品费,可以尽量委婉点,然后站在客户的立场,几经挣扎的感觉,让客户觉得你是为他着想又不得已,邮件建议简单明了。
